Join Women in Tech Dorset to celebrate the best practice from local businesses in recruiting diverse candidates, retaining the workforce and delivering opportunities for growth. The responsibility falls on businesses to create a hiring process and culture that give women a feeling of belonging and confidence in their place within the industry.
The event is open to all and will celebrate supporting women already working in STEM by challenging stereotypes, fighting bias, broadening perceptions and generally celebrating women’s achievements to help create a gender-equal world. Contribute to discussion, and like Madonna;

The Innovation Studio at Arts University Bournemouth operates as a lab for creative technologies, a space for start-ups and regional enterprises, and a hub for industry engagement, with a focus on collaboration, high skills development, entrepreneurship, research, and prototyping. A limited number of spaces are available for those aged 5 -12 to participate in a STEM Ambassador led activity during the event. Children under 4 are welcome to remain with parents for the event.
