As you grow in the ranks of leadership, you become a business leader first, engineering leader second. What does a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or Executive Vice President of Engineering do? What skills does one need to get there?

Join us to learn about the journeys of two of our amazing SheTO leaders, Tacita Morway, CTO @ Textio, and Shadi Rostami, EVP Engineering @ Amplitude. Moderating this panel will be Nidhi Gupta, CEO & Co-Founder, SheTO.
