SheCanCode is teaming up with Simply Business to create something truly amazing!

To mark International Women’s Day, we’ve joined forces with Simply Business, our community partner, Tech Redefined, and charity partner, Girls Into Coding. Together, we’re on a mission to #InspireInclusion and help build solutions to close the diversity gap.

But wait, there’s more! We’re super excited to invite you to a FREE* hackathon happening in London! This is your chance to be part of something meaningful and make a real impact. Are you ready to take on the challenge?

At the hackathon, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to build an app, website, or hosted solution that will directly help increase diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

So, what kind of solutions are we looking for? The sky’s the limit! You can develop ideas that help connect mentors with mentees; create accessible workplace design tools; develop anonymous reporting systems; or help with diversity and inclusion training. It’s all about building diversity within businesses and encouraging inclusion.

Join forces with like-minded individuals, form dynamic teams, and let your creativity soar.

Our Power Hack is open to all women, 18 and over, stage in your career, or coding experience. Come along if you’re interested in creating solutions to help women into tech.

Tech Mentors:

On the day, we will be joined by tech mentors from some amazing companies, including Checkatrade, Planit Testing and Domino Printing, who will be on hand to support and guide you throughout the day.

Save the date: 28th March 2023

Location: Simply Business, 4th Floor, 99 Gresham St, London EC2V 7NG
