Witnessing the impact of advocacy and access from a young age, both as an adoptee and as a sister to someone with autism, has deeply shaped my values.

My mother’s unwavering support for my brother’s education and her encouragement of my involvement in his learning journey ignited my lifelong commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and empowerment.

My passion for creating inclusive pathways, particularly for young people from underrepresented backgrounds, was further solidified through hands-on volunteering at 16 with CoAction Ireland. This experience underscored the significance of dignity, representation, and ensuring every voice is heard.

Today, as Senior Talent Manager at ROLI, I lead all hiring initiatives across the UK and South Korea. My focus is on ensuring our recruitment strategy is both people-centric and aligned with our business goals. I oversee the hiring for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, with a strong emphasis on building teams that reflect a broad spectrum of talent and life experiences.

Prior to joining ROLI, I ran my own coaching business, where I supported women navigating career transitions. My professional journey also includes experience in global markets such as France, Australia, and New Zealand. I began my career in the luxury and premium fashion industry, where I managed teams and spearheaded buying and brand strategy for renowned brands like LK Bennett, Whistles, and Brown Thomas.

Throughout my career, I have actively partnered with schools and early-career programs to guide young individuals in exploring career paths, building self-assurance, and recognising their potential. I am a firm believer in making careers tangible through storytelling, mentorship, and meaningful human connections.

My career highlights include:

* Leading inclusive recruitment strategy at ROLI
* Coaching women through significant career changes and re-entry into the workforce
* Running engaging early-career sessions for young people exploring future pathways
* Driving growth and enhancing employer branding for both start-ups and established brands

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy photography, travel, improv theatre, and Irish storytelling, all of which contribute to my people-first approach to talent and hiring.

I am always keen to connect with others on topics such as inclusive hiring, early-career development, and fostering a more human-centered approach to talent strategy.
