Tigerlily Jagun-Howell is a Digital Product Manager with a strong record of delivering inclusive, secure, and user-focused services across justice, e-commerce, and charitable sectors.

Currently at Citizens Advice, she leads major digital projects that empower the public and uphold accessibility, including platforms that support witnesses in courts across England and Wales.

Formerly at Moonpig, she shaped product strategy across multiple teams, embedding inclusive practices into design and customer engagement. Whilst co- chairing the company’s equity group EMBRACE which championed education on racial and cultural differences.

Beyond her professional remit, Tigerlily served as a volunteer Event Manager for Black Valley, dedicating over 500 hours to championing Black talent in tech. Through mentoring, organising accelerators and demo days, and creating spaces for honest dialogue, she has positively impacted over 2,000 aspiring technologists and founders.

Tigerlily’s advocacy extends beyond her role. She is a befriender for Christians Against Poverty, supporting individuals facing financial hardship through compassion and connection. Her background in the justice sector, combined with a deep commitment to equitable tech, defines her work and values.
