I currently work at Quantexa, the world’s leading software company providing Contextual Decision Intelligence—an innovative approach to data analysis that reveals relationships between people, places, and organisations. As a Talent Partner, I manage the full recruitment cycle for our incredible Delivery Department across the UK, North America (USA and Canada), Belgium, and Dubai. I also lead and contribute to strategic projects that support business growth, with a strong focus on sustainable hiring practices, team collaboration, and talent retention. Working closely with my exceptional team, we continue to drive forward a talent strategy that scales with the company and supports our employees globally.
