For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of talent, and the last 5+ years at Moonpig Group have been truly inspiring.
I’m deeply committed to building diverse teams, with a particular focus on championing women in tech. I partner closely with our tech teams, developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies that leverage platforms like SheCanCode. I create engaging social media content, including “day in the life” features and career advice, and have worked with internal communications to spotlight our female tech talent. These efforts have enhanced our employer brand as a champion of diversity. Being nominated for the In-House Recruiter Award is a wonderful recognition of that work. Outside of my professional life, I’m a foodie, travel enthusiast, and devoted dog mum to 2 Italian Greyhounds.
