Founders and Coders (FAC) has one primary goal, to foster diversity within the tech industry.
To do this they deliver high quality, free training and paid apprenticeships using an innovative peer-led learning model. Currently, their offer includes:
- T Level placements
- A Software Developer Skills Bootcamp (Foundation level)
- A Data Engineering Skills Bootcamp (Level 5)
- A Software Developer apprenticeship programme (Level 4)
- A Machine Learning apprenticeship programme (Level 7)
Their embedded Tech for Better programme pairs developers with Social Entrepreneurs with a tech for good product. By curating a curriculum that combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience, FAC has created an environment where mentorship and skill-building thrive.
