Jess Barlow is Foundry’s Chief People Officer and is responsible for leading the People, Talent & Development and Facilities teams. With almost a decade of experience in the tech space, Jess is passionate about building a more gender-diverse workforce across software engineering roles through increasing awareness of, and access to, STEM education and careers for young people.
