Imagine being on the forefront of missions.   Missions where the work you do solves problems like human trafficking, healthcare delivery & disaster preparedness.  Problems that really matter.

At Palantir, a software company specializing in integrating, visualizing, & analyzing massive amounts of data from a variety of sources, the work you do makes the world a better place.

OUR CULTURE

Our culture is defined by a set of values that translate into actions that we take when confronted with challenges, and those values transcend race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, and sexual identity. Our emphasis on culture is intended to help us maximize the value of our collective endeavor, not to exclude others.

Additionally, all employees are committed to solving ‘missions’ with integrity and passion. We work in a Silicon-Valley-esque setting with no dress-code, ping pong tables, beer-on-tap, and wine tastings. You can take your dog to work, get creative in the presentation rooms, and enjoy food prepared by chefs three times a day.

Talented and ethical people come from all walks of life, and anyone talented and ethical is welcome here.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

VIEW ON DIVERSITY & INCLUSION . . .

For ten years, we’ve built our company by being unconventional and open-minded. We’ve been willing to try things that people said would never work, and we’ve adapted when we’ve been wrong. Where we’ve succeeded, it’s because we’ve been different. To succeed, we need the very best ideas of all kinds. To access the broadest and fullest set of ideas, our community must attract and encourage people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.

HOW WE CULTIVATE CULTURE OF INCLUSION . . .

We work every day to build a truly diverse workforce, and to foster an environment that is respectful and receptive to new ideas. We celebrate difference and diversity — of background, approach, and identity.

STRATEGIES TO DECREASE D&I . . .

We launched the Palantir Women in Technology Scholarship in 2010 to celebrate and support women who are beginning careers in technology. We hope to encourage women to pursue computer science, engineering, and technical studies, and become leaders in the field. Each year, 10 scholarship recipients visit our headquarters in Palo Alto for a full-day workshop to learn about our work, see demos of our products, and meet Palantirians. All scholarship recipients are awarded grants of up to $10,000 to support their education, and select participants are offered a Palantir internship.

We offer a fully paid parental leave at the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child.

We offer a fully paid medical coverage for spouses and domestic partners, regardless of gender identity or expression. There is also equal health coverage for transgender individuals without exclusion for medically necessary care.

Palantir offers a wellness subsidy to support a wide range of health needs (including gym memberships)!
