Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Developer that will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Leads directly, or co-leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines; provide guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed. Performs system analysis, interprets data to identify gaps in technology or processes and makes recommendations within the IT and/or business function. Assists in the development and implementation of new technologies/services including communication and reporting to key stakeholders on status and project closure. Ability to travel if needed and to provide after-hours technical support if needed.

Qualifications:

Senior experience as a Salesforce Developer with background in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
Specific experience with the Sales, Service and Experience/Community Salesforce Cloud
Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Understanding of working within an Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic DevOps practices.
Source control management and DevOps practices with DevOps tools. (Example., Azure DevOps, Flosum, etc.,)
Experience integrating with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (E.g. Azure or AWS,) and large database experience (E.g SQL)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (Or international equivalent)
Previous experience working, presenting and collaborating with senior leadership
