Job Description
Our team in Pensacola, FL has an immediate opening for a NOC Site Lead with demonstrated experience managing a team supporting all aspects of an enterprise-scale computer network. Primary responsibilities include: • Provide managerial and technical oversight of the team operating and maintaining the Network Operations Center (MNOC), a 24/7 site servicing 80+ ships in the MSC fleet • Coordinate with the government site lead and MNOC Contract Lead to identify, prioritize, and supervise projects for server, networking devices, messaging, Host Based Security System (HBSS), and Information Assurance (IA) administration areas • Identify underperforming areas of support; devise and implement cohesive strategy to improve overall site efficiency and effectiveness in providing customer support • Lead efforts to prepare for site inspections, regularly reporting status updates to internal and external customers • Lead after-hours support in the event of an outage impacting the MSC fleet • Provide input for scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc data calls Job Requirements • Must possess current IAT III certification, including an appropriate Computing Environment certification, in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M • Must have 9 years of progressive technical and managerial experience supporting an enterprise-scale environment to include Windows, Networking, and Security Teams This is NOT a remote/WFH position.
