You’ll join a tight-knit team of 10, building generative AI tools that automate and revolutionize legal workflows. Your work will directly shape the future of legal technology, helping to unlock the massive, untapped potential of AI in a traditionally tech-resistant sector.
THE ROLE
As a Fullstack Software Developer, you’ll take ownership of the development and maintenance of their flagship GenAI tooling. This is a unique opportunity to lead technical decisions, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and build solutions that redefine how legal professionals work.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Technical tasks: Developing and maintaining AI-driven document automation and translation software using multiple technologies such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Azure to name a few.
- Other key responsibilities: Spinning up proofs of concept, integrating new features, and working alongside multiple teams. Stakeholder engagement is crucial—you’ll be at the heart of both technical and business conversations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Fullstack Software Developer will have the following skills and experience:
- 1+ years of commercial software development experience.
- A degree in a STEM field, preferably Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in professional services, startups, or recognizable tech companies is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
