IT Program Manager with Security Clearance

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility IT and cybersecurity program supporting the U.S. Navy. This is your opportunity to manage a team of talented professionals delivering mission-critical solutions that keep our nation’s information systems secure and operational. What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on leadership, guiding cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects. Serve as the primary liaison between the government, stakeholders, and internal leadership. Manage all aspects of program delivery scope, budget, quality, and schedule. Implement best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization. Mentor staff and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. What You’ll Bring: 10+ years of management experience (at least 5 in DoD/Navy IT). Proven track record leading technical programs with multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong grasp of DoD acquisition and contracting processes. PMP certification or DAWIA Level II/III preferred. Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
