Application Support Analyst

Our client, a leading commodity trading firm, is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical and functional support for trading applications
• Managing and resolving production incidents, ensuring timely communication with end users
• Overseeing end-of-day processes and maintaining system availability
• Coordinating with internal and third-party teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Documenting and improving support procedures to enhance service quality and reliability

You will need to have the following:

• Experience with ETRM systems, ideally Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, Planlogic EoS
• Solid understanding of core trading processes and production support environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and deliver results under pressure
