• What are the barriers to entry that young girls face in considering career options that prevent them from opting for a career in tech?
i. Not exposed to tech
ii. Societal norms of what is perceived to be a suitable role for women/that which is perceived to be glamorous
iii. Lack of insight into the career options it may provide/seemingly daunting
• What are the barriers to progression? Why aren’t they making it to the top
iv. Financial motivation?
v. Is it a job that is flexible to having a family?
vi. Gender inequality? Women perceived to not be as good?
