Join us for our next Women in Big Data event, focusing on how we can engineer the best performance out of our data pipeline.

During the meet up speakers will share stories illustrating the power of data science and data engineering, followed by a Q&A and a networking session.

Speakers:

Martha Imprialou is an Analytics Engagement Manager at QuantumBlack. She leads end-to-end delivery of client projects to drive business decisions, using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Her project teams include data scientists, data engineers, designers and consultants. She has over 7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modelling.

Bhagya Annapareddy is a Jr Principal Data Engineer at QuantumBlack. She is a data engineer with over 14 years of experience. Before joining QB she worked with multinational companies like Wipro, IGATE, UBS, GE, Specsavers, and Carbon Credentials. She is very passionate about data and analytics and always amazed by the value we can bring to our customers by delving into the data. She has a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Bachelors in computers. Bhagya is a great people leader and is responsible for helping the DE team to grow globally and would love to have more women in Data engineering in general!

Helen Mullings leads the Talent Organisation for QuantumBlack globally. QB is McKinsey’s specialist big data analytics group that uses leading edge A.I. to drive performance for client organisations. Prior to working at QB, Helen lead Talent Development for McKinsey in the UK. At QB, Helen is focused on building a culture and development environment talented technical specialists can flourish and attain their very best. She is passionate about diversity and regularly speaks and writes on gender diversity issues. She helped grow the McKinsey & Company UK office into a flagship for women’s representation and progression and is committed to ensuring that QuantumBlack follows a similar path, as it scales. Helen has a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and prior to working at McKinsey, she worked for Shell International for 8 years.
