Talent and AI – challenging the ethics and inclusivity of Artificial Intelligence

Join the Penna Family to mark our inaugural Digital Breakfast for London Tech Week. Guests are invited to join leading figures and thinkers within AI, Fintech, HR and Recruitment for a breakfast event exploring ethics, inclusion and AI.

Themes the guest speaker, panellists and audience will discuss include:

  • What do we mean by an ethical approach to AI in business and why is it needed?

  • Is it possible to remain ethical and responsible when implementing AI in business and if so, how?

  • Why and how do we make AI more ethical and inclusive in recruiting for business and in the wider HR operations?

  • What implications does AI have for diversity and inclusion in business and what, if any, opportunities can it unlock?

This will also be an opportunity to contribute to a generation of key policy ideas for the W20 in support of their consultation work as part of the G20.

Talent is at the core of Penna’s Family and service offering, as is embracing technology and new ways of working. This is why AI and Talent are at the heart of Penna’s London Tech Week efforts.

CEOs, HRDs, CIOs/CDOs/CTOs across industries to attend.

We would like attendees to leave with a better understanding of what some of the issues are regarding ethical artificial intelligence in business and why it matters when it comes to diversity and inclusion, and how they may be able to challenge in their own way some of these issues they perceive within their businesses.
