Join us at our first meeting, Getting Women Through the Door, on Tuesday 27 February 2018.
The meeting will look at ways in which employers can attract more female applicants for jobs. The session will first look at pre-recruitment, covering processes such as job design, wording, and ad placement. We will then move on to look at the potential impact of measures such as name blinding and unconscious bias training on hiring, including examining the role of recruitment agencies.
