Their soon-to-launch tech helps companies to build communities of diverse tech talent that they can market to and hire from, while using a unique matching algorithm to personalise opportunities for women to find work, that works.
George Bevis, Founder & CEO @ Tide
George is Founder and CEO of Tide, a challenger business banking service that gives business owners their time back. He is an experienced entrepreneur and former banker with experience running small businesses. He also authored a report on the small business sector for a large British political party in 2013. Tide is the solution he sought to a problem faced by every business owner: insufficient time for the work they love.
Jonathan Baker, Founder & Head of Product @ Simudyne
Jonathan is the founder of Simudyne, a software company founded on the belief that all decisions of consequence should be subject to computer simulation. The goal is to improve decision making across both private and public sectors by leveraging advances in computational power and complexity science.
Peter Myatt, Founder & CEO @ Bean
Peter is the CEO and founder of Bean, an app that connects to users' existing bank accounts to find and cancel unused subscriptions, notifying users of problems with their finances and proactively lowering the amount spent on everyday bills through their bills marketplace. Prior to starting Bean, Peter was the Head of Strategy at ZPG Plc, the owners of Zoopla, uSwitch and Money.co.uk.
